This is a Sources Sought only. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is conducting market research to determine if there are any vendors, regardless of business size, that can provide comprehensive boiler plant maintenance of the VA Northern California Health Care System boiler plant for the Stockton, CA VA Outpatient Clinic (See attached PWS).

There is no solicitation document as this time. The NAICS is 238220 with Small Business size of $19 Million. NOTE: Please ensure that System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) indicates this NAICS code if you are interested in the requirement.
