Stockton Campus Cabling Project

The San Joaquin Delta Community College District (“District”) is seeking well-qualified firms (“Applicants”) to provide Programming and Project Criteria services (“Services”) , as further described in this RFQP and Attachments. The Contract that may be awarded following this Request for Qualifications and Proposals process will be based upon, without limitation, the District’s authority pursuant to: Government Code sections 4526 and 53060; Education Code sections 81644 and 81656; applicable District policies regarding professional service procurements; and other applicable law.

The District is part of the statewide California Community College System, and currently serves over 26,000 students annually. The District is comprised of the Stockton Main Campus, the South Campus at Mountain House, and the Manteca Center. The District is governed by a Board of Trustees (the “Board”), consisting of seven voting members, elected from trustee areas in general elections throughout the District, and a Student Representative, appointed by Student Government. The Board exists under and derives its powers from the California Constitution and the acts of the State Legislature, and it derives its authority from the California Education Code.
