Summary

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 3:00 pm (local prevailing time).

The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit bids to furnish and deliver Class 3 reinforced concrete pipe in various sizes for use by the City. The intent of this solicitation is to establish a term contract with a qualified vendor to provide these materials at competitive pricing while ensuring high quality and timely delivery to support the City’s ongoing maintenance, repair, and construction activities.
