This project involves primary electrical and emergency electrical systems upgrades at the Montgomery County Stillwater Center, located at 8100 N. Main Street, Dayton, Ohio. The scope of work focuses on bringing electrical distribution, emergency power, and related systems into compliance with current building and life safety codes and Ohio Department of Health standards. Work includes selective demolition of existing electrical infrastructure, installation of new power distribution equipment, emergency and standby power connections, and updated distribution systems. A new electrical room will be constructed adjacent to the existing generator room to house upgraded electrical equipment. Architectural and plumbing modifications are incorporated into the scope of the project to support electrical upgrades.
