Stiles Software Update for MINNCOR Industries

This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. Note this posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP).

The Minnesota Department of Corrections (DOC) and MINNCOR Industries intend to enter into an agreement with Stiles Machinery, Inc. to purchase and install a software update for MINNCOR equipment. This software update will allow Stiles to remotely diagnose and service their equipment. Stiles holds proprietary rights to their equipment and thus, their software must be used to maintain warranty, technical support, and service for their equipment.

The Minnesota DOC and MINNCOR Industries determined that the Stiles Machinery, Inc. software is the only commercially reasonably available commodity product. This is deemed a single source because the software is solely distributed and supported by Stiles Machinery, Inc. and is not available from other third parties.
