The work includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a new one-story 27,600 SF addition for 300 students on the existing Stiles Point ES Campus located at 833 Mikell Dr. Charleston, SC 29412. Also included are a 4,600 SF expansion to the existing Multi Purpose Room/Cafeteria and an 1,800 SF expansion to the existing Media Center Room. General Contractors may submit qualifications.
