STI/HIV/VH Home Test kits

The purpose of this project is to solicit proposals for a vendor to provide access to home STI/HIV/HCV test kits that can be ordered through an online platform and mailed discreetly to a client's home. The home test kits include testing for Syphilis, HIV, Hepatitis C, Chlamydia and Gonorrhea. This project seeks to provide home-based test kits to individuals at heightened risk of acquiring an STI, HIV, and/or HCV. This would include men who have sex with men (MSM), transgender, people who use drugs (PWUD), people experiencing homelessness, person who exchanges sex for goods or money, Black/Latinx community, women who are having sex with bisexual males, and others who have had a known or suspected exposure. This project will increase access to STI/HIV/HCV testing to reduce the risk and burden of acquisition by eliminating potential geographic, transportation, and stigma barriers.
