Stewart Valley Water Main Replacement

The Rural Municipality of Saskatchewan Landing (the Owner) is soliciting proposal submissions from qualified contractors to provide construction services for a watermain replacement project within the Special Service Area (SSA) of Stewart Valley. The project includes removal and replacement of watermain throughout Stewart Valley including gate valves, services and curb stops. The work relative to this Request for Proposals (RFP) is generally comprised of:

• Removal and disposal of approximately 13,800m2 of asphalt;

• Removal of approximately 1,380m of 150mm AC watermain and replacement with 150mm PVC watermain;

• Removal and replacement of approximately 17 gate valves;

• Removal and replacement of approximately 9 hydrant valves;

• Removal and replacement of 64 services from watermain to curb stop; and

• Removal and replacement of 10 curb stops.
