Stewart Valley New School Project Notice of Invitation to Submit Subtrade Bids

Chinook School Division has appointed Quorex Construction Services Ltd. as Construction Manager for the Stewart Valley New School project.
The respective parties are pleased to announce that bid opportunities for the project are now available to the subcontractor community.
The scope of Work consists of construction of a 1,036 m2 new school on the site of the previous school that has been demolished at 301 Stephen Road, Stewart Valley, SK. Except as otherwise specified, the Work shall include the supply of all labour, equipment, materials, fittings, fixtures, and services necessary or reasonably incidental to the complete execution of the Work shown on the drawings.

Note: The concrete foundations and structural steel are excluded from this tender, as they have been tendered separately under a separate invitation and do not form part of this tender.

The selected controls contractor for the project is Prairie Controls Ltd.

All bid documents will be distributed exclusively through Building Connected, Quorex Construction Services Ltd.’s bidding platform.

Contractors who are not currently part of the Quorex subcontractor network must complete the prequalification and approval process with Quorex Construction Services Ltd. to be eligible to receive bid documents and submit a bid. Only qualified and approved contractors will be invited to participate in the bid process.
