Stephenson Rd. and Valley Brook Rd Traffic Signals

The County of DeKalb, GA (the "County"), is soliciting sealed responses for Stephenson Rd. and Valley Brook Rd Traffic Signals . Responses are to be submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/dekalbcountyga PRIOR TO 3:00 pm on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 . Late responses will not be accepted.

This project consists of the installation of new traffic signals at the Valley Brook Road at Hollywood Drive intersection and at the Stephenson Road at Alford Road intersection. Work includes the installation of mast arms, microwave detection systems, pedestrian countdown signals, and ADA ramps. The contractor shall be responsible for obtaining the electrical permit needed to allow for the signals to be powered on.
