The City of New Rochelle (City) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified engineering

firms for Stephenson Brook Resiliency Planning Project which will develop the drainage improvements at

Paine Lake/Valley Rd (the Project). The Project generally entails the performance of field investigations

and hydrologic and hydraulic analysis of the drainage watershed associated with the drainage systems

upstream of Paine Lake and the lake itself for the design of drainage improvements to alleviate recurring

flooding conditions at these locations.
