The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as âVDOTâ) is soliciting sealed technical proposals and bids from qualified firms to execute a Contract through competitive two-step sealed bidding for Vehicle Diagnostic Managed Services, VDOT Statewide. VDOT intends to award a Contract to a qualified provider of vehicle diagnostic services to provide bundled (loaded on one device) Original Equipment Manufactures Diagnostic Software (dealership level). The Contractor shall partner with VDOT to enhance its ability in suppling a superior level of fleet management and equipment maintenance services using the highest quality diagnostic tools and products at the most competitive prices available. The successful Bidder shall be responsible for providing all the goods and services described in the subsequent sections of this 2-Step IFB.
