Stenographic services for appeals, grievances, and public hearings

Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) is seeking quotes for stenographic services for events including, but not limited to, depositions and public rule hearings. Stenographic services shall be either in-person or remote, utilizing OOD-approved videoconference software (currently Microsoft Teams).

OOD is also seeking transcription services, which include transcription of audio and video recordings of events during which a stenographer was unavailable or not retained.

Formal quotes must be attached to be deemed responsive and should reference state contract and catalog numbers that can be associated with this project, if applicable.

A) OOD shall base the award on lowest cost.

B) OOD will also base the award on the respondent that is responsive, responsible, and able to complete the work described in the summary.

C) Respondent shall submit and upload Respondent Bid Page (Attachment Five).

D) Respondent shall complete and submit the Certification Statements form if seeking a Buy America, Buy Ohio, and/or a Veterans Preference. If not seeking a preference, Respondent does not need to return the attached form.

Mailed, emailed, or faxed responses will NOT be accepted.
