This sale is an 84-acre clearcut of 2005 planted Slash Pine on the Steinhatchee Springs Tract in Dixie County, Florida. There is an additional 24 acres of dead timber with a few merchantable trees left that may be harvested if desired. A 3-month contract is required due to the high risk of mortality in the harvest area. Additional areas identified as high risk during the contract
