General Scope of Requirement
The contemplated award is for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) Eastern Region Acquisition Division (EAD), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO). The award will be for the acquisition of a complete steering system for NOAA Ship Fairweather.
