STEC Simulated Clean Room at TCC South Campus

Project Description: Tarrant County College District is soliciting proposals for RFP #26-012, STEC Simulated Clean Room at TCC South Campus, located at 5301 Campus Drive, Fort Worth, Texas 76119, Building ID 11B. The project consists of the construction of a new simulated cleanroom and gowning area/classroom intended to support instruction in semiconductor production.
The work is anticipated to be performed under a single prime, lump-sum construction contract and includes all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, coordination, and incidentals necessary to complete the project as shown and specified in the Contract Documents. The scope includes selective demolition, modification of existing conditions, interior construction, doors and openings, finishes, cleanroom casework, cleanroom equipment and accessories, and installation/coordination of the modular cleanroom enclosure/system. The work also includes related structural, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and coordination requirements necessary to provide a complete and operational installation.
