Project Description: St. Louis Community College is seeking bids for Replacing failing steam coil in our Student
Center AHU-1.
Disassemble equipment. Remove damaged coil from AHU-1. Supply and replace with like for like or approved college equal. Replace any panels that were cut or removed for installation. Remove hot deck coil. Furnish and install new hot deck coil. Insulate any piping associated with the new steam coils. Remove and reinstall controls for coil replacements. Replace the freeze stat and mixed air sensor to assure proper mixed air control and freeze protection is operating properly. Supply and install new F&T traps. Supply and install any needed valves. Startup unit and log performance.
