Pre-Proposal Conference
The State will hold a virtual pre-Proposal conference on 04/03/26, at 11:00 AM Columbus, Ohio local time. The purpose of this conference is to discuss the RFP and the Work with prospective Offerors and to allow them to ask questions arising from their initial review of this RFP. The State will not be responsible to an Offeror for its failure to obtain information discussed during the pre-proposal conference due to its arriving after the pre-proposal conference has convened.

Attendance at the pre-Proposal conference is not a prerequisite to submitting a Proposal.
Summary
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit Proposals for a Contractor to provide Statewide waste brokerage services. The Contractor must organize the collection, disposal and other trash management services for the Agency. The Contractor must act as an intermediary between the Agency and waste haulers and/or garbage collection firms.
