Pre-Proposal Conference
The State will hold a virtual pre-Proposal conferen ce on May 14, 2026, at 11:00 am Colum bus, Ohio local time. The purpose of this conference is to discuss the RFP and the Work with prospective Offerors and to allow them to ask questions arising from their initial review of this RFP. The State will not be responsible to an Offeror for its failure to obtain information discussed during the pre-proposal conference due to its failure to attend and/or arriving after the pre-proposal conference has convened.

Summary:
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit Proposals for one Contractor to serve as a third-party administrator (TPA) for the Agency’s facility maintenance and repair projects.  The State seeks to establish a streamlined process through which the Agency can efficiently procure services for facility maintenance and repair projects within a competitive framework. The Contractor must ensure all Agency maintenance and repair projects are completed pursuant to the terms of the Contract. The Contractor must solicit bids from subcontractors for completion of the maintenance and repair projects, form contracts with the subcontractors, manage the projects through completion and ensure subcontractors are paid pursuant to the terms of the Contract.

The Agency has the option to utilize this Contract but are not mandated to do so. There is no monetary limits on projects completed under this Contract, provided the Work is determined to pertain to maintenance or repair. The volume and scale of the Work may fluctuate significantly from month to month and year to year. Therefore, the Contractor must prepare for these anticipated variations in workload and cash flow.
