Description:

OCFS announces the release of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) Purchasing Request for interested vendors to provide up to 7,000 mid-length winter lined coats within a five-year agreement term. ‘Mid-length’ is considered a coat that reaches below the hip and above the knee. Coats will be ordered as needed throughout the life of ensuing agreement with awardee.
