The State of Texas is required to submit an annual Statewide CostAllocation Plan for approval by the U.S. Departmentof Health and Human Services, Region VI, Division of Cost Allocation (DCA).  The Office of the Governor (OOG), FinancialServices Division, seeks proposals from qualified service providers to preparethe Statewide Cost Allocation Plans for use in the Fiscal Year ending August31, 2027 and submit the Section II costs for the State of Texas and otherrelated deliverables as described in more detail below in accordance with thespecifications contained in this Solicitation.
