PUBLIC NOTICE – REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
The Town of Houston in Perry County, Arkansas, is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide engineering, architectural, land surveying, legal, and related professional services. SOQs will be kept on file for two (2) years for use in future project-specific selections per A.C.A. § 19-11-801 et seq.
A full RFQ posting with submission requirements can be requested via email or phone.
Submit five (5) hard copies and one (1) digital copy (PDF) by 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 24, 2025, to:
