Statement of Qualifications: Water and Sanitary Systems Asset Valuation Study

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

(Section 153.65 - .71, Ohio Revised Code)

The Board of Trustees of the Northwestern Water and Sewer District will receive Statements of Qualifications from interested design firms for engineering services until 4:00 p.m., local time, on Tuesday, June 3, 2025. Firms interested in being considered for a contract to provide services for a Water and Sanitary Systems Asset Valuation Study for the Northwestern Water and Sewer District and the City of Perrysburg should submit a Statement of Qualifications, which should include information regarding the firm’s competence to perform professional design services indicated by the technical training, education, and experience of the firm’s personnel. Statements should also include information relating to workload and the availability of qualified personnel, equipment and facilities and past performance of the firm as reflected by the evaluations of previous clients. Statements shall address the firm’s familiarity with the District and the City of Perrysburg and shall include previous experience with other public agencies in Wood County, Ohio.  For an outline of this request and information regarding the contents of your submission, please contact Tom Stalter in the Engineering Department at tstalter@nwwsd.org .

The District and City shall determine the most responsive firm based solely on the information contained in each statement received. The District and City reserve the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive any irregularity of Qualification Statements
