Statement of Qualifications To Refurbish and Convert Two Tennis Courts Into Eight Pickleball Courts

Sealed proposals, subject to the specifications and conditions contained herein and attached hereto, will be received in the City of Colonial Heights VA Finance/Purchasing Department, City Hall - 201 James Avenue 2nd Floor, Colonial Heights VA, until but no later than 2:00 PM EDT August 22 2023, for statements of qualifications from contractors, to furnish the necessary labor, materials, equipment, fees, and insurance coverage, to refurbish and convert two tennis courts into eight pickleball courts, here in the City of Colonial Heights VA.

The courts are located across from the City's Fleet Maintenance Building, which is located at 501 Lake Avenue, Colonial Heights, VA
