Statement of Qualifications: City of Colonial Heights VA Lakeview Park Pickleball Court Lighting

Sealed proposals, subject to the specifications and conditions contained herein and attached hereto, will be received in the City of Colonial Heights VA Finance/Purchasing Department, City Hall-201 James Avenue 2nd Floor, Colonial Heights VA, until but no later than 2:00 PM EDT August 22 2023, for statements of qualifications from contractor, to furnish and provide the necessary labor, material, equipment, fees and insurance coverage to provide lighting to the Lakeview Park Pickleball Courts.

The courts, which are now tennis courts, will be converted to pickleball courts. The courts are located across from the City's Fleet Maintenance Building, which is located at 501 Lake Avenue, Colonial Heights VA.
