Statement of Qualifications and Request for Proposals – Fire Training Ground Master Plan (FR063P)

The City of Manhattan, KS, hereby requests Statements of Qualifications and Requests for Proposals (SOQ/RFP) to develop a master plan for a modern training ground that addresses current and future training needs for firefighter education and safety for the City of Manhattan.

The SOQ/RFP document can be accessed at https://cityofmhk.com/bids.aspx . SOQ/RFPs are to be e-mailed to For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. no later than 5:00 p.m. CST on Monday, June 2, 2025, with the subject line of “Fire Training Ground Master Plan SOQ/RFP.” The City will not accept physical/printed submissions, oral submissions, or copies received by facsimile machine. All submissions received after the deadline will not be considered. An optional pre-submittal meeting will be held at 2000 Denison Avenue, Manhattan, KS, on Monday, May 19, 2025, at 3:30 p.m.
