NOTICE
In accordance with Arkansas Code Annotated § 19-11 -801 et seq., City Corporation, operators of the Russellville Water and Sewer System in Russellville, Arkansas, invites interested entities who are engaged in the lawful practice of providing PROFESSIONAL SERVICES to submit a “Statement of Qualifications and Performance Data” to the City by 4:30 PM, CT, May 16, 2025. Statements are sought from all providers of professional services including Engineering, Architecture, Legal, Surveying, Appraisal, Auditing/Accounting, Construction Management and Consulting. DO NOT INCLUDE FEES IN YOUR STATEMENT. An original and four (4) copies of the statement must be submitted to 205 West Third Place, Russellville, AR 72801 or P. O. Box 3186, Russellville, AR 72811.
As professional services are required, a selection will be made from the statements received, in accordance with State statutes, to perform the professional services.
City Corporation encourages the participation of DBE/WBE/MBE businesses in its procurement process and activity.
City Corporation will follow the provisions of ACA. §19-11-801 et. seq. in procuring the aforementioned services.
