State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI 2.0) Technical Assistance Service Providers

The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) through its Economic Development and Research Division, is seeking proposals from qualified Responders to participate in the SSBCI 2.0 TA Program (Program). Eligible Responders must be attorneys or accountants licensed by the State of Minnesota who are qualified to provide one-on-one services to small businesses in Minnesota owned by Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Individuals (SEDI) and/or Very Small Businesses (VSB) as defined by the Program. The State anticipates issuing multiple contracts for this work. This is an ongoing solicitation. Proposals must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. Central Time, June 30, 2027 (“Close Date”), to be included for consideration.
