Description
OSC seeks to provide high quality, cost-effective benefits to its employees, retirees and their families (eligible “Plan Members”). OSC is soliciting proposals to provide digital and in-person therapeutic services that address behavioral health including mental health and substance use disorder as well as overall wellbeing. The State is interested in programs that drive Plan Member engagement and robust ROI.
