The government is seeking industry information on the availability of existing state-licensed and
nationally accredited secure care and HSF residential care providers for unaccompanied alien children (UAC) minors located within the contiguous United States, with capacity to provide residential care for 30 secure and 20 HSF placements.
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Office of Refugee Resettlement invites interested organizations to learn more about an upcoming opportunity supporting the Unaccompanied Alien Children Program through the Secure and Heightened Supervision Facility (HSF) Beds. A virtual information session is scheduled for Wednesday, May 6, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. EST. Advance registration is appreciated, though same-day registration will be accepted. Please see the “Active Links” sections to join the event. All questions related to the virtual roundtable shall be submitted via email to Valarie Pels-Kohout at valerie.pelskohout@acf.hhs.gov no later than three (3) business days prior to the event.
