Description

The City of Bloomington is seeking proposals from qualified individuals, firms, partnerships, and corporations having specific experience and expertise in the area(s) of Minnesota State Legislative priorities, advocacy, and services and to represent the interests of the City.

The objective is to enter into an agreement for two years with a possibility of three one-year extensions for a total of five years with the selected Proposer to provide State Legislative Services for various departments of the City of Bloomington.
