Project Description: The project involves the relocation of existing water and sewer infrastructure
under and along SH6. The project includes approximately 2700-lf of waterline and 1500-lf of sewer line, including bores under SH6. All proposals shall follow the format provided by the City of College Station. The City is seeking a construction company with quality experience utility reconstruction.
A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. CT Wednesday, April 15, 2026. At City
Hall, 3rd floor Fiscal Services, Conference Room 2. This meeting is not mandatory but attendance at this meeting is highly recommended. Opening date and time is Wednesday April 29th, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. CT
Questions and inquiries about this RFP should be submitted in writing via the Q&A feature
available through the Brazos Valley e-Marketplace (“Bidding System”). The deadline for submitting written requests for clarification is Wednesday, April 22nd, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. CT. |
