Beacon Falls is seeking electronic bid proposals from qualified respondents for STATISTICAL REVALUATION UPDATE OF ALL REAL ESTATE PROPERTIES FOR THE OCTOBER 1, 2025 GRAND LIST. Respondents must have demonstrated experience in providing such services and adhere to standards/requirements typical for such services.
To access the opportunity, you will be required to create a Town of Beacon Falls e-Procurement Bonfire account, which is located here: https://tobfct.bonfirehub.com/portal. You can also visit this portal via the town's existing "Bids/RFPs/RFQs/RFIs" button located on the homepage under the Citizen Action Center.
