This solicitation is for design services only and is locally funded with no federal participation. A Concept Design Plan prepared by others establishes the general project intent, and the selected Consultant shall advance the concept into a complete, coordinated, and biddable set of construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates. The project consists of intersection and roadway improvements within the existing right-of-way and may include milling and resurfacing, signing and pavement markings, lighting, traffic signal improvements, drainage improvements, and associated appurtenances, along with required utility coordination, permitting, and bid support.
