Notice is hereby given that the County of Livingston will accept bids for the Starr Road over Taunton Gully Bridge

Replacement Project in the Town of Leicester, Livingston County.

The work will include, but not be limited to, removal and replacement of the existing steel multi-girder structure with a three-sided precast concrete frame supported on cast-in-place concrete strip footings founded on bedrock.

This project is a Locally Administered Federal Aid Project.

Bids should be made in writing on the forms furnished with each set of Contract Documents. All bids must be received in

separate sealed envelopes addressed to:

The envelopes should be clearly labeled “Starr Road over Taunton Gully Bridge Replacement Project, BIN 3361680, Town of Leicester, Livingston County” Bid 2025-032.

Sealed bids will be received at the above address until 2:00 PM on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at which time they will be

publicly opened and read aloud in Room 205 of said Government Center.

Printed copies of the bid documents are available on request and require a deposit of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per set. Deposit checks shall be made payable to "Livingston County Treasurer". Cash will not be accepted.
