Bids to complete work as defined will be accepted, from invited contractors, by Starr

Corporation until May 2, 2024 at 2:00 PM. Bids may be delivered to 2995E 3600N,

Twin Falls, ID or emailed to csibids@starrcorporation.com. Bids to be valid for 30

days. Bids to be submitted utilizing the attached bid form. Plans for this project are

available on Starr Corporation’s website.

Starr Corporation is the CM/GC for this project. Starr Corporation may elect to submit a

proposal on these bid packages. Starr Corporation’s proposal will be submitted no later

than 12:00 PM on the bid date. Bids will be opened with a representative of the owner.

This early bid delivery is designed to give all bidders an assurance of an open,

competitive, and fair bidding environment.

The bid opening will be held on the CSI campus in room 248 of the Taylor Building at

2:00 PM on May 2, 2024.
