Starline Busway System Components

Contracting Department, Marine Corps Installations East (MCIEAST), has a requirement to procure 3 Phase 30A 208V 8.6K Watt Power Strips and Starline Busway Plug-In Units . Items being procured must be capable of remote metering down to the individual outlet and must be compatible with the Starline 225A Track Busway System.

It is the Government’s intent to issue a firm fixed price contract. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 335999. The NAICS Industry Description is All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing. The Government will solicit and award this contract in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures).

This Pre-Solicitation Notice is not a request for quotes. The Solicitation (M67001-25-Q-1064) will be posted on or about 15 days after this posting is made available on the Contract Opportunities portal located at https://www.sam.gov/. It is the responsibility of the offeror to monitor the website for the solicitation and any associated amendments. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, @ https://www.sam.gov/, is required for entities to do business with and receive funds from the federal Government. Businesses will be assigned a Commercial and Government Entities (CAGE) Code & a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number via the SAM website. Companies must ensure that annual representations and certifications are current within the SAM database. Companies must also be registered with Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://piee.eb.mil.
