The Suwannee River Water Management District (District) is requesting proposals for the implementation of an adaptive management plan for wetlands mitigation and enhancement services at Starke Bypass Mitigation Area in Bradford County. The project consists of a 251-acre mitigation area with wetlands, mixed uplands, and flatwoods. Implementation of the plan includes treatment/removal of exotic and invasive species, installation of desirable tree species, and site monitoring to ensure 100% of success criteria are met.
