Please scan and email a copy of your check once placing your hard copy deposit set order to plans@reprographix.com Documents returned in good condition within the time allotted or winning bidder can request their deposit check to be returned and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) or UPS account number. If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided. The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following projects until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on the 20th day of March 2025 in the offices of Capital Asset Management, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906. 2. West Lafayette Campus – Stanley Coulter Hall Mechanical System Replacement Phase I - 2025 A $300 deposit will be required for each hardcopy set of bidding documents. One compact disk or download is available at no charge. Postage and handling fee may apply. A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 2 will be held on February 25, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. EST. The meeting will be held in Stanley Coulter Hall (SC), located at 640 Oval Dr., West Lafayette, IN. Please meet outside of Room G097. The architectural/engineering firms for these projects are:
