Project Description:
This project will install new liquid propane unit heaters at the Stanley Admin Site Warehouse Building. Unit heaters shall be ceiling or wall mounted, shall connect to existing propane service, shall connect to existing electrical, and shall include new thermostat controls/wiring for operation. Installations shall include all required work to render fully operational unit heater systems along with any interior finish repairs and final cleanup from the construction activities.
Project Location:
This project will take place at the Stanley Ranger Station Administrative Site located just south of Stanley, Idaho. Northing and Easting coordinate locations are provided for reference on the Plans.
Site Information and Limitations:
The work shall be completed to limit disturbance to existing building elements and finishes.
Electrical service exists at the warehouse building. Contractors may use existing electrical service during construction. Contractor shall provide connections and extensions of services as required for construction operations. Water service is also available for use at each building site via exterior hose bibbs. Restroom and sink facilities are off limits to the Contractor’s personnel.
Allowable Construction Hours – 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday for all work activities.
