Project Description: This is a signage project about the Park Identification Signs, standard design, at 10 park locations, led by Park and Recreation Department, 1500 Marilla, Room 6FS, Dallas, TX 75201. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a pre-bid conference held hybrid virtual/in-person at Dallas City Hall, Conference Room L1EN-D on Thursday, February 5, 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. (CDT)
The Request for Bids documents may be obtained beginning Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at 8:00AM. You can register for the virtual option of the pre-bid meeting and receive the MS Teams invitation by contacting the Park and Recreation Project Manager: Bruktawit Kebede (Bruktawit.kebede@dallas.gov). Registration also ensures that you receive any additional project information bidding updates/addendums.
