Standard Mill Engineering Services

The City of Rock Hill, South Carolina ("City") is requesting qualifications from interested and qualified consulting firms to provide engineering services for the Standard Mill Sewer Relocation. The project is located in the area of Annafrel, Iredell, and Morris Streets. The firm should be well-versed in the permitting requirements of both the City of Rock Hill and SC State Revolving Fund (SRF). The project must be designed in accordance with the City of Rock Hill Sewer Specifications.

The reference number for this project is SRF #393-40. The Standard Mill project will encompass the sewer shed surrounding Annafrel, Iredell, and Morris Streets. The aging 8" Vitrified Clay (VC) infrastructure experiences excessive inflow and infiltration, which is situated too close to residential dwellings and has reached the end of its service life. Morris Street from Kylie Court to Iredell Street was installed in November of 2024 as a part of an emergency repair.
