Summary

Mesa Unified School District No. 4 ("District") is seeking the services of a qualified and experienced contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide routine preventive maintenance, repair, replacement, and testing services for existing stand-by generator sets throughout the District according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation.

DISTRICT PROFILE

Mesa Unified School District is the largest school district in Arizona. The District is located primarily in Mesa, Arizona and is comprised of approximately 200 square miles. There are approximately 57,000 students enrolled in pre-kindergarten through 12th grade. The District maintains over 80 educational facilities within the District as well as approximately 12 administrative facilities. These include 6 high schools, 9 junior high schools, 50 elementary schools, 5 success schools, and 12 choice schools.

Over the course of one year, MUSD may spend approximately $75,000 in preventive maintenance and repairs. This is an estimated amount only and no quantity is implied or guaranteed throughout the term of this contract.
