Staker Way Drainage Improvements and 2700 E and De Ville Drive Roadway Improvements

Project Description: Notice is hereby given that the CITY OF COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS (OWNER) will accept bids for the construction of the STAKER WAY DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS AND 2700 E & DE VILLE DRIVE ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS according to Drawings and Specifications prepared by the ENGINEER, and described in general as:
The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for the construction of the below described project, located in Cottonwood Heights.
Work for roadway projects consists of the following items of work: mobilization; removal of asphalt and concrete, installation of new storm drain facilities; installation of curb and gutter, waterway, driveway, ADA ramps, sidewalks; relocation of trees; placing and compacting new asphalt surface course; and all appurtenant work; all in accordance with Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Engineer.
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined beginning on April 30, 2026 at 11:00 AM at the City Offices, 6579 S. 3000 E., Cottonwood Heights; request for a copy of CONTRACT DOCUMENTS shall be submitted via email to Ben Nelsen at BNelsen@ch.utah.gov
Separate sealed bids will be received by the OWNER in their office located at 6579 S. 3000 E., Cottonwood Heights, Utah 84121 until 2:00 p.m. on May 21, 2026 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Bids shall be addressed and delivered to Cottonwood Heights Recorder, prior to the Bid Opening.
Bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required to accompany bids.

The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any bid; or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the best interest of the City. Only bids giving a firm quotation properly signed will be accepted.
