Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County (HHC) is seeking qualifications from artists to design and install a large-scale staircase mural at the new MCPHL. The mural will serve as a signature showpiece, enhancing the identity of the laboratory and engaging staff, patients, and visitors.

Responses to the RFQ must be submitted electronically through the SAP Ariba System. All responses will be received by the Purchasing Department no later than 3 p.m. ET on Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2026. No submissions will be accepted after this deadline.
