Scope of Services
HCPS is seeking competitive proposals from experienced and qualified vendors to provide the goods and services described in this solicitation. These services include, but are not limited to, the maintenance, repair, installation, and modification of stage lighting systems and equipment at various District sites. Vendors shall also provide all necessary labor, materials, supervision, equipment, and other related items required to successfully complete each request in accordance with the specifications outlined herein. This section outlines HCPS’s expectations regarding the required goods, services, and performance standards. Bidders must respond to all specified requirements and service criteria. The Contractor must have the capability to service dimmer racks and ensure access to certified electricians, either employed directly or through licensed subcontractors. The Contractor is required to submit a list of their authorized suppliers for manufactured parts. The Contractor must have a Limited Energy Contractor (ES) License or higher.
