CLARIFICATIONS:  In the above referenced bid's Technical Specifications, under the Hardware and Installation section, line#6 lists H&H Specialties. H&H Specialties was purchased by Texas Scenic Company (TSC) in 2022. However, neither H&H Specialties or Texas Scenic Company appear on Bid Proposal Form B, under the Hardware section. Can we add this manufacturer to Bid Proposal Form B?​  Yes.

If bidding an equivalent item, are the fabric specifications listed on pages 43-44 the specifications to follow?  Yes.

If yes, please confirm which products on Bid Proposal Form B correspond to those specifications.If not, please provide the full specifications for each of the products listed on Bid Proposal Form B.    The Technical Specifications refer to each type of item listed on Bid Proposal Form B ex. Fabric, Hardware. Where a manufacturer is noted, the manufacturer's specification applies.
