REQUIREMENT
Parks Canada requires the rehabilitation of the Main Deck at the Banff Upper Hot Springs. This scope includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition and new construction and/or reinstallation of the waterproof membrane, concrete pavers, concrete, historical stone, masonry, insulation, roof drains, asphalt, etc.
TWO STAGE SELECTION PROCESS
This posting is the Stage Two of a two-stage solicitation process: the first stage was to evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers. The second stage (Stage Two) is to invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings.
Only qualified suppliers have been invited to bid.
