Staff Laptop Device RFQ - 2025

Project Description: The Cherokee County School District is seeking a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the following items. Estimated quantities may be increased or decreased at CCSD’s discretion based on available funding.
CCSD anticipates replacing approximately 4000 Windows laptops used for staff members over the next 12 months. Purchases may span over the course of two fiscal years (FY25 ending June 30, 2025, and FY26 beginning on July 1, 2025). The project may involve multiple purchase orders.
Vendors may provide quotes for any or all options. For the quote, use quantity 4000. Responses must include the government contract used to secure pricing.
