Description
- Provide Sealed Engineered plans for new RTM, including concrete foundation,
- All necessary Building and Service Permits,
- All necessary professional engineering and design services,
- All management, labour, and supervision,
- All materials, plant, tools, and transportation,
- Complete construction of a granular base course foundation pad,
- Cast in place concrete foundation (spread footing, pads, ICF wall, & skirting insulation),
- PWF plywood sheathing around exterior of foundation wall,
- Two sets of stairs,
- Complete crawl space development, including weeping tile & sump pit,
- All mechanical services, equipment and installation,
- All electrical services, equipment and installation,
- final grade around perimeter of building,
- All reasonable incidentals necessary for the complete construction,
- Warranty of workmanship and materials,
All work shall be performed to the highest industry standards, using best practices and skilled labour. Workmanship shall reflect attention to detail, and a commitment to quality in all aspects of construction.
